Any refunds or credits issued prior to 12/1/08 shall be reduced by an administration charge of $50 per Season Pass and the value of any Season Pass issued for the 2007-2008 Season with their purchase and the value of any Season Pass issued for the 2008-2009 Season as determined by Hidden Valley Four Seasons Resort.
